What should you do if your iPhone has too many apps and your desktop is too confusing? Upgrade to iOS 14!
iOS 14 has a new feature called App Library that automatically organizes all your apps into different categories, like Social, Productivity, Creative, or Utility. If you don’t want to fumble around in folders, you can drag a specific app down from the top of the screen, which is great.
How do you use the App Library feature to clean up your home screen apps in iOS 14? Here’s how to do it.
First, you need to make sure that App Library is open.
Open Settings – click Home – check “App Library only”, then you can close the page where all apps are displayed.
then tap and hold on the home screen and tap the gray bar at the bottom of the screen to uncheck all applications that are available on the home screen.
uncheck the circle again to delete all your app pages.
At this point, the App Library will automatically store all your apps on the right side of the home screen now.
In the new iOS 14, you can put widgets on your home screen, they provide quick access to weather, calendar, photos, and more, and they look so much neater than a dozen small iOS app icons, too.
